See where every sitemap stands right from the dashboard. Give a project a status — Draft, In review, Approved or one of your own — and it shows at the top of the project card for everyone in the workspace.

• One status per project: pick another to replace it, click the checked one to clear it
• Add your own statuses with a name and colour, rename, recolour or reorder them
• The list belongs to the workspace: each team shares one, your personal workspace has its own
• Admins, Managers and Members set statuses, Copywriters see them
• In list view the status sits next to the date
• Available on every plan

Pick one under Status in the project menu.
