Being a small team gives us the advantage of being close to our users, as each inquiry is processed by the Product team, which consists of two members. Skipping the support department link enables us to address problems directly, saving time and preserving context.
We receive thousands of incoming messages and emails every year, which help us gather feedback, analyze it, and adjust our roadmap accordingly.
More than 72% of all questions are resolved within the first 24 hours.
